Decreasing Enrollments, budget shortfalls, changing student demographics, and now this:
the Covid 19 Pandemic. Leaders are scrambling to plan for an uncertain future, and they need planning tools now. We’ve developed a planning model based on Robert Zemsky’s recently published book The College Stress Test: Tracking Institutional Futures Across a Crowded Market. Our stress test model will give you clarity about your institution’s current market and financial position as well provide you with a basis for forecasting a variety of outcomes in this time of uncertainty.

Learning Objectives: Attendees will be able to:

  • Implement the stress test concept on your campus;
  • Interpret and apply the model’s 4 key variables;
  • Calculate your institution’s risk score;
  • Incorporate the risk score into your planning process.
