Private non-profit universities are grappling with the challenges of delivering higher education in ways that are both affordable and sustainable, while meeting the needs of both traditional and non-traditional learners. Doing so requires redirecting scarce dollars to their core missions of teaching, service and research through innovative ideas such as outsourcing non-core services and sharing services internally and externally.

Webinar One will focus on outsourcing non-core services and will include real world examples of successful outsourcing.
Webinar Two will focus on sharing services both within your institution and with other institutions. This webinar will include case studies that examine successful shared services initiatives.

Learning Objectives: Attendees will be able to:

Improve decision-making analysis
Strengthen outsourcing arrangements by avoiding mistakes
Implementing oversight processes to manage vendor relationships
Manage the changes involved in taking on such arrangements
Assess the feasibility of these sorts of arrangements
Create an organizational design methodology
