This webinar is the third in a recent series exploring important areas of overlap between the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Enrollment Officer on Christian college campuses. The first two looked at benchmarking the cost to recruit a student and making data-driven enrollment projections. In this next session we’ll explore the welcome experience and arrival branding. How the campus looks and feels to first-time visitors matters greatly to CFOs who oversee the physical plant and also has a profound impact on the success of your enrollment efforts. We’ll review relevant research and outline simple steps to take to improve the initial impression your campus makes on your most important guests, potential students and those who influence them.

  • Identify how the initial impression impacts enrollment decisions;
  • Improve initial impressions without spending a lot of money; and
  • Clarify best practices in admission office / welcome center function and location on campus.
