This webinar presentation focuses on crisis response principles.  Calamitous situations arise in a variety of ways: injured or sick students or employees; building and property damage; a data breach; or allegations of misconduct.  Whatever the triggering event may be, there are common themes to an appropriate response.  Those themes are the focus of this presentation.

Learning Objectives: Attendees will be able to:

  • Create appropriate and effective response teams and determine the responsibilities of that team
  • Assess triggering events and signal the need for a response
  • Determine communication needs
  • Determine whether an issue is an insurance need or not
  • How and when to launch an investigation
  • And determine long-term considerations

Presented By:

Richard S. Pitts, Vice-President and General Counsel, Arlington/Roe & Co., Inc.
