Join us for an in-depth look at financing for Christian colleges and universities. With interest rates increasing over eight times in the last three years, we will show you what drives interest rates, what the cost of money is, benchmark trends, where interest rates are projected to go and the tools to manage them. This webinar will also share with you some financing structures with wholesale / institutional pricing and how Christian colleges and universities can obtain them. We will look at wholesale financing for both existing debt and new projects. We will also share with you how to create financial savings to reduce the term or amortization period and pay your debt off sooner.

Learning Objectives - Attendees will be able to:

  • Determine the cost of money;
  • Manage your interest rates without the use of “swaps or derivatives;"
  • Obtain financing at wholesale rates;
