The complexity and dynamics of today’s industry environment calls for college and university finance administrators to deliver greater insights and access more robust tools to face the challenges ahead. Specifically, this session will discuss best practices for overseeing your endowment program which are critical for both finance staff and endowment trustees. We will also discuss how business officials can leverage data and forecasting tools to manage debt, potential expansions, and risk. Overall, this session will help participants make better, more informed financial decisions, despite future uncertainties.

Jason Palmer
Mr. Palmer is a Senior Managing Consultant and the Multi-Asset Class Specialist for the Midwest region. He is also a member of PFM’s Endowments & Foundations Practice where he helps to lead their national marketing efforts. He is a frequent speaker at various conferences across the state. In this role, he updates clients and prospective clients on the multi-asset class management team’s investment views, portfolio positioning, and investment performance.
Kevin Kuhar
Mr. Kuhar is a Senior Solutions Consultant at the PFM Group. Mr. Kuhar develops and implements purpose-built planning solutions which allow Higher Education institutions to better analyze the prospective financial ramifications of operating and capital initiatives, thereby improving stakeholders’ ability to engage in quantitatively supported decision-making.

PFM provides financial advisory, asset management, consulting, alternative financing, and specialized services.
