ABACC Mentoring Program

Just as iron sharpens iron, friends sharpen the minds of each other. Proverbs 27:17 (CEV)

"Mentoring is a learning relationship between two or more people who share mutual accountability for helping a mentee work towards spiritually integrated personal and professional development, and work synergistically toward ministry goals." (Creating a Mentoring Culture: The Organization's Guide, Lois J. Zachary, Jossey-Bass, 2005)
