Education Management  Services, a national higher education consulting group focusing in adult, distance, and Bible college education, has been retained by GRACE BIBLE COLLEGE, Grand Rapids, MI to search for candidates for its newly planned programs. Recruiting Director of Adult and Online Studies.  Reporting to the Vice President of Adult and Online Studies, the Recruiting Director will be responsible for recruiting students for the adult and online programs. Qualifications:  The ideal candidate should have extensive recruiting experience (3 -5 years) particularly geared towards adult and online higher education programming.  A Bachelor’s degree is preferred while some college education is required for the position.  A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is required. Vice President of Adult and Online Studies.  Reporting to the President of Grace Bible College, the Vice President will be a member of the President’s administrative council and be responsible for developing the new adult and online studies department for the institution.  The Vice President will be responsible to implement policy and procedure, employ strategic planning, oversee student recruiting, develop future curriculum and programming, recruit, develop, and oversee faculty and staff for the department, and control the budget for the department. Qualifications:  The ideal candidate should have extensive adult and online higher education experience (7 – 10 years) and be a seasoned leader in higher education.  Experience teaching at the higher education level in adult and/or online formats is expected.  A Master’s degree is minimally required for the position.  A personal relationship with Jesus Christ is required.
